La Moroso spa, always sensitive to innovation and relationships with creative young people, Moroso financed a research project at Udine University for the 2007/08 academic year. The research entitled ‘Study and development of new visual communication models for industrial and teaching applications’ involved the design of prototypes for web interfaces and creative videos dedicated to designers, artists and architects, using the most innovative on-line and creative media communication strategies.
The work was carried out with students on the Science and Multimedia Technology degree course in Pordenone and was split into different levels of design, involving first and third year students on the 3-year degree course, as well as those on the specialist degree course in New Media Languages and Technologies. At the end of the research we presented, during the famous Milan Forniture Fair SALONE DEL MOBILE 2008 the MOROSOWORLD web project. Morosoworld ia a prosumer magazine as a result of this research, an ideal place in which information is selected and exchanged in order to increase awareness in the design and new media sector. The graphics for the project are by Camuffo Studios in Venice, with the intention of continuing the research in the 2008/2009 academic year with the Venice University IUAV.
